About Neighborhood Studios |

Neighborhood Studios, the Greater Hartford Arts Council’s summer apprenticeship program in the arts, is back for the 18th season! Greater Hartford teens between the ages of 14 and 18 are invited to apply to receive a hands-on education in the arts. Students also participate in various career skills workshops, including resume-building, social media, interviewing, and networking, to succeed in today’s workforce. Each year, we partner with cultural organizations in the Greater Hartford to provide a one-of-a-kind summer experience for teens. It’s a great opportunity to pursue your creative aspirations for six weeks while getting paid a stipend. Applications for Summer 2016 open in March. The program runs from June 27 through August 5.
