Happy weekend! Greater Hartford arts and cultural events are in full swing this summer with many supported by our United Arts Campaign (that means these events were made possible by YOU! Pat yourself on the back!). On the agenda this week are some of my personal favorites including HAIR, a musical for the hippie at heart playing at Playhouse on Park, and the very sassy and hilarious Kinky Boots playing through Sunday at The Bushnell. Free movies in the park are back courtesy of the City of Hartford, and you’ll want to bring plenty of sweets because Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is playing at Bushnell Park tonight. Scroll through for the full list and tag us on Instagram with #LetsGoArts with your weekend explorations.
